Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Returned items must be in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all original components.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Products returned due to a defect or incorrect shipment will be replaced or refunded in full, including the cost of shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone to begin the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the returned item.

Processing Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, as determined by your card issuer’s policies.
  • If the item is rejected for a refund, we will provide a detailed explanation and return the item to you.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
